Want to Reserve A Space?
Please allow 24-hour notice for Reservation Requests and 48 hours if you require swipe access*. No student projects can be booked more than 14 days in advance.
*Access to the building cannot be guaranteed
You must agree to the following rules to be eligible for a reservation:
- Face coverings are still strongly recommended.
- Please allow 10-15 minutes at the end of your rehearsal time for clean up and exiting the space prior to the next group’s arrival.
- Spaces must be left in the condition they are found.
- Put away all equipment and throw away all trash.
- No food or drinks.
- Turn off the lights when you leave!
- You must understand that if you or your group are found in violation of any of these rules, you will no longer be permitted to use the facilities for rehearsals.
Use the “Reservation Request” button below only after you have found available space on the calendar, also posted below. Reservations can only be made for THEA 106, THEA 113, Mainstage, THEA 200, THEA 201, THEA 206, THEA 216 (Studio)
